Instructions for Visitors:
- Hotel Check-in 12 Noon & Check-out 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability & may be payable as per hoyel policy.
- Sightseeing Shedule will be set considering your arrival and departure time.
- In 4 Star Hotel Package, Hotel allocation is subject to availability and Choice is not available. For hotel of choice, difference amount may be applicable.
- Visitors need to reach Main Parking area (Opposite Ekta Mall) to start sightseeing. Sightseeing to be done by SOU buses.
- Transfer from Hotel to Main Parking area (Opposite Ekta Mall) is not included in Package (Autorikshaws conveniently available at reasonable rates).
- Any missed components due to any reason, will not be refunded or shifted to the next slot / day.
- SOU Authority's decision will be final in case of any changes / cancellation / restrictions in attraction, shows, bus services, etc.
- In rare case, if package is not available, we will refund the respective amount, within 24 Hours of booking.
- Camera charge, Parking Fees, Transport from Hotel to SOU Parking and return is not included.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full amount is refunded if cancelled 07 Days before of your visit date (5% Payment Gateway & Administrative Charges will be deducted).
- Packages booked with Hotel BRG Budget Stay is NON REFUNDABLE.
- No refund if cancelled less than or equal to 05 days to scheduled arrival.
- Cancellation request date & visit date is excluded in days calculation.
